NAIVROX delivers audio and wearables across Pakistan with fast, trackable courier service and Cash on Delivery as standard.
Where we deliver
We ship to all major cities and most towns nationwide through established courier partners. If your area is serviceable by a mainstream courier, we can get your order to you.
How long delivery takes
- Confirmation: our team confirms every order by phone or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours of you placing it.
- Dispatch to doorstep: 2–5 working days after confirmation for most locations.
- Remote areas: may take 1–2 additional days.
Delivery charges
- Single-item orders: flat Rs 199.
- Orders of 2 items or more: free delivery.
Any charge is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. You may open and inspect the parcel before payment. Online and card payment are also available at checkout if you prefer to pay in advance — delivery time is the same either way.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is dispatched, we send your courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can follow its progress on the courier’s website, or ask us for an update any time. Full steps are on the Track Your Order page.
Missed delivery or unreachable
Couriers normally attempt delivery 2–3 times and will call before arriving. Please keep your phone reachable and answer unknown numbers during the delivery window. If a delivery fails because the courier couldn’t reach you, we’ll contact you on WhatsApp to re-arrange.
